The idea of the International Action Force is that Cobra has grown to so powerful around the globe that world leaders put together a force to combat them beyond borders. Members were Big Bear from Russia, Budo from Japan, Big Ben from the U.K., and Spirit from America.
This version of Spirit is pretty cool. I like the warmer colors than those of the Air Commandos version. I like that Hasbro used the later mold, too.
