T.N.T. is an international figure from Argentina. He was released there, I think, in 1986. His filecard says his father was killed in Viet Nam when he accidentally set off an explosive booby trap. Once T.N.T. was old enough, he joined G.I.Joe as an EOD.
I bought a 25th Anniversary Blowtorch in order to create an Action Force Q-Force figure and I had Blowtorch's vest and left over. I previously knew of T.N.T. and that he used the same Blowtorch mold, so I decided to kill two birds with one stone.
