The Cobra Viper. Wonderful figure and iconic Cobra characters. They look so cool. The colors, the vest, the helmet and face shield. Could not design a better bullet-stopper.
The thing that confuses me is...what are they exactly? I mean, what makes them not just regular Cobra Troopers? Why are they designated differently. Were the Cobra Troopers just Vipers all along and we just hadn't come up with the Viper name yet? I'm sure everyone else has already figured this all out, but it confuses me.
