Rat catcher 2 is a character from DC universe her father was the original rat catcher who plays a villain in comic books and Batman brought the villain to justice but the villain escape. In addiiton there is no comic books of rat catcher 2 all I heard its a movie character that was made for the movie Suicide squad 2. She is very popular and there hasn't been a toy company that made a 1:18 scale action figure of her. So I was ask to make a custom figure and I have 2 more commission's I may also make a 6-7 inch figure if I make the time.
