Character:

In the A-Team series, Colonel Decker was the man responsible for pursuing the A-Team. They evaded him, of course, but he gave it a good try. Although he didn't succeed, he wasn't written as being too buffoonish, either.

Design:

The solid olive drab uniform worn was probably obsolete even by 1983, there's nothing else that would really look right on Colonel Decker or Captain Crane. This figure isn't supposed to necessarily represent Lance LeGault, but it does have a stern and determined face.

Sculpting & Modifying:

The hat is sculpted. The thigh screw insets are epoxied smooth.
