I never read the DDP G.I.Joe comic. I hear it was very good and is still well regarded. Apparently, Mariner was one of several new recruits that showed up during that run. I don't know the guy from Adam. I was rummaging through customs on this site and stumbled upon the Mariner entries. I liked the customs, especially the wave patterns on some of them. I decided to do a simple kitbash of my own.
