It has always struck me that Storm Rider appears to be a more sophisticated Dreadnok than the other fellas. He seems rather dapper in comparison.
The main bits of interest on this kitbash are the K9 goggles and the tattoos. I like them on this guy. The small pop of red is understated but nice.
I wanted Storm Rider to have a power tool like the original three Dreadnoks, so I gave him a power auger to wreak havoc on unsuspecting Joes or nearby vehicles.
