Character:

The famous red Argentinian recolor of the ARAH was Cobra Satan. Devil's Due (or maybe IDW?) introduced the character as "Sei-Tin", a tamer and more palatable version of the name.

Design:

The comic book version drifted away from being a straight recolor of the Storm Shadow design. Instead, Sei-Tin went for the hood-and-no-shirt look. Some images also show him wearing a red body suit with gi pants. Not sure which is the more proper version of the character, I mixed the looks. This is a mix of junk parts that ballpark the hybridized artwork.

Colors & Painting:

Based on the comic books. Metallic cobalt blue has been added to the metal items to pull them all together. Blue instead of silver to sidestep the iconic Han Solo silver belt buckle.

Sculpting & Modifying:

The sash was glued to the torso. The top of the head was chopped off to fit inside of the hood better. Epoxy sculpts the bottom of the hood, blends the thighs into the lower legs, and fills the shoulder/elbow pins.
