Trained in combat first aid and rapid evacuation, he ensures wounded Cobra operatives return to the fight. Unlike traditional medics, he operates with tactical efficiency, using his medical skills to sustain Cobra's forces while denying aid to enemies. Equipped with cutting-edge trauma gear and a cold demeanor, he is as dangerous as the soldiers he keeps alive.

The conception of this character was based on the formation of squads consisting of eight to twelve combatants from a wide range of specialties.
