VvsV WildBill head is a joe with short hair & a beard...therefore it must be Big Brawler!!!

The logic is irrefutable, & so the first spytrooper enters my, "Making the Good Figures Better," cobra army building project.

I thought to leave him in his walmart exclusive teeshirt camo for now, although it may soon match the other neovipers pictured.
