I made this guy for Tm's custom contest on tni, He gave us the name and we had to make a character. So i said this guy was the product of a breif nc/cobra alliance (ncs are seperate in my joeverse) and can actuataly manipulate Fire and heat.

This was my first attempt at painting skin. It turned out yellow but that's okay, i've stopped mixing paint as i recently got some real skin paint (i don't have a hobby shop near me)
