Body Bag grew up on the wrong side of the tracks, where poverty and misery, right along with death, were everyday occurrences. He spent his late teens among outlaw biker groups and his early twenties as a Cobra soldier. While he liked being in the middle of mayhem, he could barely stand Cobra's semi-regimented order and soon struck out on his own as a mercenary.

Body Bag likes firefights-the hotter, the better. He's at his best when being shot at and shooting back. He won't take "pansy" assignments unless there's a supreme risk of getting into trouble. He also has his own weird moral code that prevents him from shooting unarmed opponents-in his book, there's just no fun in shooting someone who can't shoot back.
