I haven't read the comics since I was a child, and stopped reading at about issue 50 or so, so I never knew who this character was until a topic was started about him some time ago. Having a brand new Joe character to make, and one I had never seen done before, was pretty exciting, and looking at the comic scans I knew what parts would work perfect immediately. I was so thrilled with the outcome and the character that in creating his filecard and backstory I couldn't bring myself to kill him off, so Cool Breeze lives in my Joe universe.
