I despised what AVP did to the Predators, it made them look like a bunch of clumsy oafs that were useless without their guns and oversized claws and armor. But one thing that was good about AVP was that it established Aliens and Predators in the modern day, and that allowed me to fit them into Venom vs. Valor very easily.

Anyhow, my favorite part of the Predator series was in the first series was when the Predator stripped himself of his gear and stared down Arnold as if to say "I don't need any of this to take you down!" This custom is sort of a nod to that moment. This Predator has eschewed all of his gear to hunt Aliens with the only things he needs, his claws, a spear, and his honor.
