Helmet: Clone Trooper

Barbecue was a favorite of mine and the one thing that bothered me, besides the fact that his file card says he can put his mouth around the bottom of a Coke Bottle or the fact that the cartoon made him sound like Paul Lynde, is the fact that his helmet never came off. So, what I did was use the Sahara head and then cut a slit in the back of the removable Clone trooper helmet. The helmet fits tight and will not fall off if when Barbecue falls.
