This version of Chuckles was inspired by the image of an updated Chuckles in the Tim Seeley Sketchbook. This version apparently appeared in Frontline issues #11-14, but I never got into that story arc. I like this modern edgy look much better than the softy Hawaiian shirt look. I made a holster on the inside of the jacket for Chuckles to conceal his side arm and be much more covert than the original. I'm pretty happy about how my head modifications turned out as well.
