Dolphender was assigned by the G.I. Joe Headquarters to help the Killer W.H.A.L.E. crew in the missions in the North of Brazil (mainly the Amazon river).

After more than 20 years of intense training and practice in missions within all the equatorial forests in the world, as the right arm of Cutter, Dolphender had developed great navigation and orientation skills and can work the crew in the best formation to use the higher skills of each one of the crew members and take advantage against the Cobra enemy in the hot and wet weather in the north of Brazil.
