This is just one of those random customs...when you've got over 150 of any figure, you're bound to experiment. I think at one time, I was getting close to convincing Bandalero it'd be a good idea to "anti-build" Zanzibar...and this was going to be a gift or something. But it only got as far as the head.

I have no real reason for him to have the giant cross bow thing...I just think it works.

As for personality, I'm making this up as I type, but I'm feeling him being quite a lot like Captain Jack Sparrow from the Pirates of the Caribbean Movies....only he's a Crystal Ballific Hypnotist.
