Baron Strucker is the supreme leader of HYDRA, thought to be even more ruthless and driven than rival Cobra, although this may be due to the in-fighting and fracturing of the latter. As a matter of fact, the only tension in the well-structured organization is its tenuous relationship with its weapons and R&D arm, Advanced Idea Mechanics (A.I.M.)

Strucker wears a half-mask covering his lower face due to terrible scarring incurred while trying to shave his moustache with a dremel.
