Without a doubt, one of the most difficult and labor-intensive of my 25th anniversary super-articulated Joes.

In addition to precision cutting and shaving of scraps for the padding, I had to heat-mold the Death Star Gunner's chest armor around the Microman figure's torso (it was designed for a flatter abdomen).

The generator pack for the laser rifle was sort of an afterthought, but once I had it lined up and had a sense of how it would look hanging on his hip rather than his back, I was sold.
