The first Range Viper in the Cobra Legions. Able to survive off the land and the spoils if combat Skullbuster proved himself time and again as a cheap and effective Cobra operative. Skullbuster was placed in charge of recruiting from the ranks and training Cobra's elite jungle forces.

Skullbuster now finds himself in charge of a new group of Range Viper Elite. Hand selected from the most hardened and battle tested Range Vipers the Elite are used only in the most extreme circumstances. Once assigned the Elite will wait weeks even months before striking a target to ensure maximum damage, causalities, and spoils.

Range Vipers are issued gear only once. One uniform, one weapon, one set of ammo, etc. It is their responsibility to perform maintenance and upkeep on their gear and when necessary steal. The Range Viper's are Cobra Commander's favorite troops in that they are the cheapest to maintain for this very reason. The one drawback is that the Range Vipers have no quarrel with stealing from Cobra outposts and troops.
