High-Tide is a member of Phoenix Guard, a team assembled by Cobra Commander to replace GI Joe. High-Tide is actually Copperhead. He was the muscle of the team. Phoenix Guard was taken down by GI Joe with the help of General Rey.

Phoenix Guard was a DDP creation and a great story arc. I hope to see the characters revisited sometime in the future.

It would be nice to see a six pack exclusive figure set of the team released.
