The Sky B.A.T. was created by Dr. Mindbender to help with air to air combat against the Joes.

Cobra Commander had Dr Mindbender mold the perfect armor using anti armor planks from a tank making this the newest weapon against the Joes.

Armed with a couple sub machine guns, this new Sky B.A.T is a hard target to stop or even to hit, and not only can he dominate the air he has pretty good ground defenses as well.
