As Sgt. Slaughter's Night Spotter, Low-Light uses a high powered sniper rifle to cap his enemies from distances of two hundred yards.

No wonder Sgt. Slaughter likes having him on his team. Low-Light works better at night. During a mission against Destro and the Iron Grenadiers, Low-Light confronts an old ally, Scoop. His beef with Scoop goes back to when Scoop joined Cobra and together, they almost took control of all the Dragonfire sources. In the end, Scoop made the right choice and rejoined the G.I. Joe team.
