This was the first figure I did to go with Shockwave in the U.A.F. I had two Red Star's and I already had a couple of cooler Snake Eyes figures and I liked how the dark blue sweater went perfectly with the helmet that came with Shockwave. The figure is a basic kit bash but I think it came out really nice. I especially like how the shotgun shells came out painted.
His background is that he was in the same S.W.A.T. team as Shockwave before he joined GI Joe.
