Design:

McCann appeared in the Sunbow episode "The Rotten Egg" as the commandant of Cobra's Officer Academy. McCann's uniform was surprisingly Nazi-esgue for a children's cartoon. The parts here approximate its feel, which was a good excuse to burn through a hard-to-use Cobra Commander torso.

Colors & Paint:

The cartoon featured a grey uniform with a black dress shirt and white tie. To carry over the black and white elements, the collar is black and the shoulder boards are white. The black and white are repeated on the belts. This also helps disguise the CC look, if ever so slightly.

Sculpting & Modifying:

The jawline was bulked up and widened. The upper right leg was narrowed to fit the socket and both legs were slimmed down at the hips.
