Before the late 90's, before Internet, I wasn't aware of any foreign G.I. Joe action figures. I wanted to create a Mission Brazil set based on the Joecon 2011 exclusive. The Joecon exclusive set is very expensive especially since it uses early modern parts and some of them were very outdated. I wanted to do both version of Wet Suit. This one in the Frogman gear I based on the Original MB version, using Molotov liquid chrome paint, I went with the shiny chrome look.
