Bullseye was one of the best helicopter pilots in the Florida police force. He is recruited to join the elite COPS force by Bulletproof to help stop Big Boss' Crooks in Empire City. He pilots the Air Raid helicopter.

Even though I know they were "Fighting Crime in a Future Time" in my mind as a kid COPS could easily team up with GI Joe and Bullseye and Wild Bill would hang out together.

I loved the C.O.P.S. toy line as a kid as they were really just large GI Joes, but I always waned them to scale with the Joes. The torso is mostly sculpt to lengthen and give it the look of the vintage figure.
