While serving undercover on Cobra Island, Chuckles got wind of a secret lab being run in an isolated part of the island, and after a little research, he discovered an order form to Pearl Vision in Baton Rouge for 200 custom identical prescription monocles. Returning to the island with a new mission, he tries to infiltrate into the heart of Operation: Mindcrime in order to learn the secrets of Dr Mindbender's cloning process and to discover what his true intentions are.
