While I think the Dragonsky figure produced by the G.I. Joe Collectors Club for the 2005 Con was a good figure, it still left me wanting for a better version of the Oktober Guard flamethrower. This figure is intended to be both a throwback to the comic version of Dragonsky while also updating the character to fit in with my current style of customs.

There was slight modification to the helmet that I felt helped to tie the piece together nicely with the Wet Suit torso.
