Scourge was a natural soldier in Cobra. He rose throught the ranks in record time. He has completed Viper, Heat Viper, Fast Blast Viper and Techno Viper training. After Destro saw how well Scourges' accuracy at hitting targets was, he put him in charge of the Adder. Scourge just has a natural ability to calculate angles and to get the most destruction out of one of his missiles. Lucky for G.I.Joe, he only has 2 shots!
