I wanted Sparks for my Joe Team, but I wanted a version that was meant to be in The Pit/Headquarters. I thought about using Breaker's equipment but I decided I wanted him striped down with only the minimum for weapons.

In my current storyline he is working very closely with Mainframe and Breaker on trying to tap into Cobra's new communications satellite to figure out where Cobra's base is in Sierra Gordo. He will then be in contact with Tiger Force to supply intel during the attack.
