Stealth Vipers wear a high tech suit designed to make the wearer practically invisible to several methods of detection.
When activated the "Stealth Weave" material diffuses the wearer's infrared signature making him unable to be tracked/targeted by IR devices.

In addition to this, the suit can digitally mimic the backdrop of the wearer making him "blend" into his environment. This "active camouflage" makes visible detection (whether naked eye or camera) all but impossible.
