Well like many out there I was disappointed by having only 3 army builders in the latest Cobra 6 pack. So I promptly threw the Storm Shadow figure in the trash saving his weapons for possible later use and tried to figure out what to do with Firefly and Scrap Iron. Well, the Street Vipers have been born.
