Voltar was completed as part of my 2014 Assembly Required Con Set, which was inspired by the Con Set Group Projects done on this site. Unlike most, I've always liked Voltar as a figure and a character, and had been wanting to do an IG version for a long time. This seemed like the perfect chance.
