As with many covert operations, it is frequently necessary to move information or materials from one point to another very, very quickly. In selecting an operative to act as courier, Dr Mindbender wanted to go one step further. Rather than just going for speed, he wanted GUTS, raw nerve and the ability to just go and do what needs done, regardless of the risk. So one dark night he sent a crew out and they pillaged the grave of the immortal Evil Kneivel.

Evil Knindbender knows no fear. He WILL get the genetic material back to the lab from the field operatives quickly, though not always intact. It is often impossible to predict how these DNA splicing projects will turn out, and this one has been the most unpredictable of all. He is off the hook INSANE, often taking horribly reckless risks where none needed to be taken. He does occasionally come through on a delivery however, and he knows his engines, so they keep him around.
