Character:

Wolf was a member of Remco's The Bad Guys. The Bad Guys were re-colors of Sgt. Rock molds done in black. They usually had silver/blue/gold as a secondary color, and often with painted goatees.

No specialty was listed on the card art, but it's safe to assume that the gi implies some martial arts skills. He's also listed as #1 on the cardback artwork, so I'm randomly assuming he's the leader, too.

When you think of Remco's Wolf, you might be picturing another character in a black uniform. There was also another Masters of the Universe-scaled The Bad Guys line. And, yes, Remco made it, too. The name Wolf was used on another character in that line. That Wolf was wearing fatigues, a helmet, and web gear.

Design:

A generic gi pulled together from Indiana Jones parts topped with a Storm Shadow gi top. The parts also create an unusually short/squat design, which brings some variety to my customs.

The Remco figure featured slippers instead of bare feet, which was a better look than the bare feet the Quick Kick had a few years later. However, the shape of these bare feet looked better than any slipper-style feet I could pair with the Mutt Williams legs.

Colors & Paints:

Based on the Remco action figure, plus some blue. A bit of extra gold at the bottom of the pant legs to cover the rolled up cuffs.

The Remco figure didn't have the trench scar on the face. I added it to disguise the wonderfully sculpted DeForest Kelly likeness done by Mego.

Sculpting & Modifying:

The head is a cast done by me. As always, the Mego heads are amazing.

The edges of the gi top were trimmed down to better fit the smaller build of the Mutt Williams body, then it was glued down. The gaps between the gi and the body sides were filled with epoxy, as was the backpack hole on the gi.

Thanks for looking.
