This was my entry for the NJC #49: Thundercats.
I didn't know a lot about the line, I just watched the cartoon a few times as a kid. I still wanted to enter the contest though. I didn't care much for the main figures, so I searched for other characters. Driller immediately got my attention.

Building notes:
The original Driller has a mean grin on his face. Guile came pretty close, but the biggest problem was the top of his head. I cut off the top of his head and cut off the top of a Rattler missile. Glued that missile top on his head and put some Green Stuff around it. Also put GS on his eyes to create "flat" eyes.
Overlord's torso only needed some sanding on the shoulders and GS on the belly and around the neck.
The arms were modified with GS and I made brass knuckles with GS too.
It was hard to copy the lower body. I couldn't find something with the same kind of details and I didn't want to sculpt them, I'm not that good at it. The ATV rocket was a good size. When I cut it and took it apart, I discovered the peg which holds both halves. That was a perfect godsend, because I could use that to attach an O-ring! This way the torso could twist and bend just like an original ARAH figure. Added a little GS and painted it.
The drill from the Earth Borer was the reason I started this figure. Glued it to one half of the ATV rocket piece and painted it.
