The R.A.T.S. are the elite city strike team of Cobra. They infiltrate government and private facilities in urban areas to acquire various technological / industrial resources and / or to destroy them. Cobra R.A.T.S. know every detail of their target city, all the entry and exit points of high ways and establishments, and different routes to various locations, all the back alleys, abandoned buildings and even the sewage system. Cobra R.A.T.S. are fast and deadly. When they attack as a group, their movements are highly synchronized and efficient. They see to it that they finish the job quickly but with massive devastation on the part of the enemy. They are deployed primarily to seek and destroy.
