K.A.T. is the master of disguise member of the Force of Freedom. She joins Rambo in the battle against the evil organization of S.A.V.A.G.E. led by General Warhawk. The Force of Freedom is called into action by Colonel Trautman whenever S.A.V.A.G.E. threatens the world.

K.A.T. always seemed like a mixture of Scarlett and Lady Jaye to me which I thought was awesome.

The Force of Freedom was very much like G.I. Joe only on a much smaller scale as far as number of members. Instead of the hundreds of members like Joe had at its peak Force of Freedom had 7 members.
S.A.V.A.G.E. was similar to Cobra in the fact that they were a terrorist organization and General Warhawk wanted to rule the world like Cobra Commander.

I always thought the Force of Freedom could have easily been a sub-unit of G.I. Joe like Tiger Force, Night Force or Battle Force 2000. In my toy world as a kid that's exactly what they were and S.A.V.A.G.E. and Cobra worked together.
