Taser: Knockoff rocket launcher (modified with rocket, stock, and 2nd control handle removed)

Taser was one of those ideas that just sort of hit me all at once. I thought it might be neat to revisit D.E.F. with a sort of "expansion team" for the '93 D.E.F.-turned-Battle-Corps guys (Mace, Long-Arm, Muskrat, etc.). That being the case, I wanted Taser to have a slightly brighter color scheme so that he'd fit in with that bunch (hence the tone of green that I used). I also named him after a C.O.P.S. & Crooks figure to keep with that D.E.F. new character tradition. However, I just couldn't bring myself to give him the cookie-cutter lime green accessory compliment and missile launcher. It's tough to see in the pics, but I left the goggle lenses clear.
