First off I want to say that this custom was inspired by the Wet Suit custom done by sgartz. I have always wanted a Torpedo figure that could be used on land. I know that many of you will wonder why I used the Countdown head. I was trying to find something that would resemble Torpedo from the cartoon series, someone who looked like they could be a native of Hawaii.
