I started getting into G.I. Joes again around 2001. Hasbro released new G.I. Joes, but they weren't like the originals. The wonderful o-ring was gone. Storm Shadow needed an o-ring after hasbro screwed up the last 2. I sanded down the bottom of the torso to fit the waist and o-ring style. This is my first custom so i admit the paint job is bad.
