This is my idea for a Storm Shadow in an urban uniform.

Storm Shadow was transferred from the regular Cobra Army to operate in urban combat. Because of his abilities in martial arts, he became responsible to provide special security for the Cobra Guerrilla head group.

The color scheme was used because I thought it would be good for urban combat in barren areas.
