Alexander McCullen is the illegitimate son of James McCullen. After the events of the Rise of Cobra film Alexander found out who is father is and tried to connect with him but found out that he was held prisoner by the G.I. Joe team.

Alexander used the technology and influence of MARS to find the location of his Father and Cobra Commander and staged an attack to rescue him. Alexander was hurt during the attack and Cobra Commander injected him with the Destro Strain of Nanomites.

Now that Alexander looks like his Father Destro has accepted him into the family and company and the Clan Destro cannot be stopped.

I liked the character from the Devils Due series and I wanted to incorporate him into my ROC storyline. I really like the look of the figure who is an easy custom.
