I always thought Dial-Tone's head looked British. This is a simple switch of extra body parts and I really liked the outcome as British SAS troops tend to have brown on the bottom while wearing something green on top. I always like the idea of having more British troops in the GI Joe line too. After all they are still our Number 1 ally. Of course thanks to Marauder "Gun-Runners" for the L85 Assault rifle.
