The European toy company Palitoy released "Action Man: Action Force" sometime early eighties. I wasn't aware these existed until I had seen somebody else make a custom for one and I figured a lot were deserving of some modernization. I might have been prompted by the suggestion of others though now I can't recall if that was the case or not.
