"While Wilder Vaughn has been state side causing various degrees of trouble for the G.I. Joe team, Black Major has been running the European operations for the Red Shadows. Black Major is a brilliant tactician and strategist. He is also ruthless. He rarely takes prisoners but those he has taken wish they had been left for dead like so many before them. Black Major use very extreme measures during interrogations. Black Major has no love for the way Vaughn has been running the Red Shadows and is simply waiting for the right time to "remove" Vaughn form the organization."

This custom is an update to the Action Force figure released in Europe by Palitoy. I have wanted to do this custom for a long time but had a little trouble deciding on parts. Over all I am happy with the finished product. I love the look of the gloss black boots/gloves/belts against the flat black uniform.
