Crimson Guard Nitros are the personal bodyguards of the Twins and Cobra Commander himself. The are culled from the ranks of the Crimson Guards and injected with a special chemical developed by Dr.Mindbender. Calling his new potion ,"Nitro" , he injected it in to several loyal Crimson Guardsmen. Now those CG's are dependant on the drug. When they hit the release button on their leg , the potion is injected into their veins , causing their muscle mass to increase by 50%! However , their brain mass reduces by 50% also. This makes these guys very strong , but very slow witted at the same time. Now that's a dangerous combination!
