The Cobra Colonels play an important part within the Cobra Organization. When a new Terrordrome is constructed a Cobra Colonel is assigned to and it becomes his responsibility to run the day to day operations as well maintaining the troops and personnel need to run the Terrordrome. Should the Colonel be injured or killed during combat and new Colonel will take his place and will assume the previous colonels name.
